IN SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS ...EASTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY AT 735 PM...THE ST LOUIS DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO IN RANDOLPH COUNTY. THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
