IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS ...JEFFERSON COUNTY...ORANGE COUNTY...SOUTHERN HARDIN COUNTY AT 240 PM...NUMEROUS ROADS WERE STILL FLOODED ACROSS JEFFERSON AND ORANGE COUNTIES. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO STAY HOME IF THEY CAN AND NOT TRAVEL. BEFORE THE RAIN ENDS LATER TONIGHT...RAIN WILL TOTAL BETWEEN FIVE AND TEN INCHES IN MOST AREAS. TYPICAL AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING...SUCH AS BRIDGE UNDERPASSES AND LOW-LYING AREAS...WILL CONTINUE TO FLOOD TODAY. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
