DOPPLER RADAR 30 MILES NORTHEAST OF NORTH PLATTE OR 4 MILES EAST OF
GANDY MOVING SOUTH AT 23 MPH. THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN
OPEN COUNTRY AND WILL BE IN EXTREME NORTHEAST LINCOLN COUNTY BY 830
