IN WEST CENTRAL NEBRASKA ...EXTREME NORTHWESTERN ARTHUR COUNTY AT 550 PM MDT...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR 38 MILES NORTH OF OGALLALA OR 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF ARTHUR MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 38 MPH. THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...ACT IMMEDIATELY...GO TO A BASEMENT AND GET UNDER THE S(TAIRS...A WORKBENCH OR A PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
