IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA ...NORTHWESTERN KEITH COUNTY AT 433 PM MDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR 22 MILES NORTHWEST OF OGALLALA OR 11 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF LEMOYNE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 28 MPH.
