AT 235 PM CDT...A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR
AND SPOTTER REPORTS 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF O NEILL OR 9 MILES NORTHEAST
OF EMMET MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 18 MPH. THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO
MOVE THROUGH OPEN COUNTRY AND BE AROUND ONEILL BETWEEN 250 PM
CDT AND 310 PM CDT.
