THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTH PLATTE HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM CDT (945 PM MDT)
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE

   ...NORTHERN GARDEN COUNTY

AT 1005 PM CDT (905 PM MDT) DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO
30 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ALLIANCE...OR 27 MILES NORTH OSHKOSH. THE STORM
WAS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST 30 MPH AND WILL BE LOCATED 25 MILES NORTH
NORTHEAST OF OSHKOSH AT 1035 PM CDT (945 PM MDT).

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OjR CULVERT.
