FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  215 AM EDT
FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS S...
 
IN NORTH FLORIDA
 
   ...DUVAL COUNTY...NASSAU COUNTY
 
AT 710 PM DOPPLER RADAR AND REPORTS FROM AROUND NASSAU AND DUVAL
COUNTIES INDICATE THAT VERY HEAVY RAINS CONTINUE TO MOVE IN OFF THE
ATLANTIC. AT THE JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT 1.50 INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST FEW HOURS...AND ADDITIONAL SIMILAR AMOUNTS WILL
CONTINUE AS MORE RAIN MOVES IN OFF THE OCEAN.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
 
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR L<OW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A
