IN SOUTHWEST INDIANA ...SOUTHERN DAVIESS COUNTY AT 415 PM EST...THE KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED THAT A TORNADO RECEDED BACK INTO THE CLOUDS BETWEEN WHEATLAND AND MONROE CITY.
