THIS THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 60 MILES AN HOUR. THIS
STORM WILL MOVE THROUGH MUNCIE AROUND 215 AM AND WINCHESTER BY 230 AM.
 
WIND GUSTS OF 64 MILES WERE REPORTED BY A SKYWARN OBSERVER IN
NOBLESVILLE AT 147 AM.
