FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  530 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA

IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA

AT 320 PM EST DOPPLER RADAR PRECIPITATION ESTIMATES SHOW THAT RAINFALL
AT THE RATE OF ONE INCH AN HOUR FELL ACROSS OWEN AND MONROE COUNTIES
BETWEEN 215 AND 315 PM EST.
 
THAT RATE OF RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS IN
THOSE COUNTIES.
