IN SOUTHWEST INDIANA ...DAVIESS COUNTY...GREENE COUNTY...KNOX COUNTY...MARTIN COUNTY ...SULLIVAN COUNTY AT 815 AM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER SULLIVAN...KNOX...DAVIESS...MARTIN AND GREENE COUNTIES FROM SULLIVAN AND VINCENNES TO JUST SOUTH OF SHOALS. THESE WERE MOVING EAST AROUND 25 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATED 2 TO 4 INCH RAINFALLS HAD OCCURRED IN THESE COUNTIES SINCE TUESDAY EVENING. REPORTS CONFIRMED THAT 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD OCCURRED IN WASHINGTON OVERNIGHT. MORE STORMS MOVING IN FROM ILLINOIS WILL PRODUCE ADDITIONAL RAIN AMOUNTS UP TO 2 INCHES IN THESE AREAS...PRIMARILY THIS MORNING. SATURATED GROUND...HIGH STREAM LEVELS AND ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
