FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHWEST INDIANA
 
   ...SOUTHERN KNOX COUNTY
 
SEVERAL SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE MOVED THROUGH SOUTHERN KNOX COUNTY
THIS AFTERNOON. ANOTHER VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE THROUGH EARLY
THIS EVENING. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS WERE UP TO TWO INCHES IN
THE PAST THREE HOURS IN SOUTHERN KNOX COUNTY.
 
THE HEAVY RAIN OVER THE SATURATED GROUND WILL CAUSE CREEKS AND
STREAMS TO QUICKLY RISE AND CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
