WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. OTHER STORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
TORNADO WERE IN WESTERN DOUGLAS COUNTY NEAR ATWOOD. TOWNS IN THE PATH
INCLUDE TOLONO...ARCOLA...VILLA GROVE AND TUSCOLA.
