FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS
 
   ...DOUGLAS COUNTY...MOULTRIE COUNTY
 
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL WERE MOVING THROUGH DOUGLAS AND
MOULTRIE COUNTIES. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN
BETWEEN 11 PM AND MIDNIGHT IN PARTS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY.
 
RAIN SHOULD CONTINUE IN THESE AREAS THROUGH 3 AM...LEADING TO FLOODING
OF STREAMS AND LOW-LYING AREAS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS MORE DIFFICULT TO
