AT 30 MPH AND WILL ENTER SOUTHWEST LICKING AND NORTHWEST FAIRFIELD
COUNTIES BY 950 PM...MOVING CLOSE TO INTERSTATE 70 AND PASSING NEAR THE
TOWNS OF ETNA...BUCKEYE LAKE AND LINNVILLE BY 1030 PM.
