IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS ...RENO COUNTY ...THIS REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR RENO COUNTY... AT 827 PM...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO LOCATED JUST SOUTH OF SYLVIA...OR 25 MILES WEST OF HUTCHINSON. THE STORM CONTINUES TO MOVE EAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL AFFECT ARLINGTON BY 900 PM. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.
