AT 336 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY SIOUX FALLS
DOPPLER RADAR 21 MILES EAST OF LAKE ANDES  OR 11 MILES NORTH OF
DANTE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THE TORNADO IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO
REMAIN OVER RURAL AREAS.
