BETWEEN KIRKLAND...KIRKLAND JUNCTION AND STATE HIGHWAY 89 PRODUCING
VERY HEAVY RAIN. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL WITH THIS STORM IN
EXCESS OF 2 INCHES SINCE 230 PM. PEOPLE IN SOUTH CENTRAL YAVAPAI
COUNTY SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY RISING STREAMS AND WASHES AND
FLOODED ROADWAYS.
