FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

THUNDERSTORMS THAT HAVE CROSSED NORTHERN REAL COUNTY DURING THE PAST 2
HOURS HAVE DUMPED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN AND IT CONTINUES TO RAIN ACROSS
THE AREA.
 
CAMPERS AND TRAVELERS IN THE UPPER REACHES OF THE NUECES AND FRIO RIVERS
NEED TO MONITOR THE CONDITIONS CLOSELY AND BE PREPARED TO ACT QUICKLY
