* CAUSE AND EFFECT
    THUNDERSTORMS HAVE RESULTED IN RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AROUND ONE INCH
    ACROSS NORTHWEST SECTIONS OF THE COUNTY SINCE 1130 AM. WATER WAS
    REPORTED OVER THE ROAD ON COUNTY ROAD 15 AT 1245 PM.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE COUNTY THROUGH 2 PM WITH
    ADDITIONAL RISES ON CREEKS AND STREAMS. PEOPLE TRAVELLING ALONG
    HIGHWAYS 63 AND 24 SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR HIGH WATER.
