IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS ...PRATT COUNTY AT 734 PM CDT...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY A SPOTTER 5 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF PRATT MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
