IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS ...NORTHWESTERN COMANCHE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS ...EASTERN CLARK COUNTY AT 841 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTERS INDICATED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND 10 MILES NORTH-NORTHWEST OF PROTECTION MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTH-SOUTHWEST AT 10 MPH.
