THUNDERSTORM CENTERED 10 MILES SOUTH OF HUGOTON ALONG THE OKLAHOMA
BORDER. RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL RATES OF NEARLY 3 INCHES AN
HOUR. STEVENS COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED WATER OVER EVANS ROAD IN
NUMEROUS LOCATION SOUTH OF HUGOTON. SEVERAL OTHER ROADWAYS IN
