IN PENNSYLVANIA ...CENTRE COUNTY...EASTERN CLEARFIELD COUNTY AT 155 PM...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO OVER SOUTHEASTERN CLEARFIELD COUNTY...AND WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
