AT 700 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO OVER WESTERN
ERIE COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN OF ALBION. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25
MILES AN HOUR. TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE FRANKLIN CENTER AND
ALBION.
