000 TTAA00 KCLE 122305 SVRCLE PAC039-049-130000- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CLEVELAND OH 703 PM EDT FRI APR 12 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN PENNSYLVANIA ...CRAWFORD COUNTY...ERIE COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE A LINE OF STRONG AND DAMAGING WINDS EXTENDING FROM WESTERN ASHTABULA COUNTY TO NORTHWEST PORTAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO WAS MOVING RAPIDLY EAST AT 50 MPH. THE DAMAGING WINDS SHOULD REACH WESTERN PARTS OF ERIE AND CRAWFORD COUNTIES SHORTLY AFTER 715 PM. WINDS IN EXCESS OF 80 MPH AND SEVERAL REPORTS OF WIND DAMAGE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED OVER NORTHEAST OHIO.
