FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS MOVED ACROSS THE TWO
COUNTY AREA LATE THIS EVENING COMPLETELY SATURATING THE SOIL AND CAUSING
SOME STREAMS TO RISE RAPIDLY. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINS
WERE MOVING ACROSS THE SAME AREA AGAIN AT MIDNIGHT AND WILL LIKELY CAUSE
FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH RISING STREAMS AND PONDING OF WATERS ON ROADWAYS.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOrODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
