WARNING UNTIL 200 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...CRAWFORD COUNTY
 
URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY MORNING
HOURS. MANY REPORTS OF FLOODED ROADS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. MOST OF THE
RAIN SHOULD BE OUT OF THE COUNTY BY 1130 PM. ONCE THE HEAVY RAIN ENDS
THE WATER WILL BE SLOW TO RECEDE FROM ROADS. WATER LEVELS IN STREAMS
WILL ALSO FALL SLOWLY.
 
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALL\OW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
