THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...HANCOCK COUNTY
 
AT 250 AM DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN
HANCOCK COUNTY...SOME OF THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF
THE COUNTY NEAR MT. BLANCHARD. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY
NORTHEAST.
 
MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED THROUGH 5 AM AND THAT MAY CAUSE SOME FLOODING OF
ROADS AND STREAMS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY.
 
THE HANCOCK COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED SOME PONDING OF WATER ON A STATE
ROUTE IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF THE COUNTY.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICNLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
