RAINS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN SOUTHERN TIER
HAVE DROPPED OVER 1 AND HALF INCHES OF RAIN. FLOODING IN POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS...RAPID RISE OF SMALL STREAMS AND FLOODING IN CULVERTS
AS WELL AS STANDING WATER ON ROADS ARE POSSIBLE.
