TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  630 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
 
   ...SOUTHERN OLIVER COUNTY
 
AT 602 PM CDT...502 MOUNTAIN...A TORNADO WAS 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF
MANDAN. IT WAS BETWEEN NELSON LAKE AND HIGHWAY 31...IN SOUTHERN OLIVER
COUNTY. TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS WERE REPORTING THE TORNADO.
 
THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.
 
IT WILL PASS VERY NEAR THE TOWN OF CENTER AROUND 630 PM CDT...530
MOUNTAIN.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
