000 TTAA00 KTUL 101222 FFWTUL ARC007-015-101530- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED FLASH FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TULSA OK 721 AM CDT SAT JUN 10 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS ...BENTON COUNTY...CARROLL COUNTY AT 720 AM...RADAR ESITMATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN BENTON COUNTY AND 1 TO 2 INCHES IN CARROLL COUNTY. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THESE AREAS FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS AND MAY PRODUCE ANOTHER 1 INCH OF RAIN. FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED ON SEVERAL HIGHWAYS IN NORTHERN BENTON AND NORTHERN CARROLL COUNTIES. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS LIKELY OR HAS BEEN REPORTED. STAY ALERT AND WATCH FOR RAPIDLY RISING WATER. REMEMBER...IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO THE NEAREST STREAM...CREEK OR RIVER WHICH CAN BECOME A KILLER DURING PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN.
