THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A 
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN EAST CENTRAL UTAH

   ...WESTERN CARBON COUNTY...NORTHWESTERN EMERY COUNTY

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTAINING HEAVY RAIN ARE MOVING ACROSS
NORTHWEST EMERY COUNTY AND WESTERN CARBON COUNTY.  FLOODING OF WASHES
NEAR FERRON HAS PROMPTED SAND BAGGING OF NEARBY RESIDENCES.  THESE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH WESTERN CARBON COUNTY
DURING THE NEXT HOUR.  THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE TOWNS ALONG AND NEAR
HIGHWAY 10 AS WELL AS PRICE AND HELPER.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
