FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA

THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINS IN FRANKLIN COUNTY
VIRGINIA. SOME OF THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE FALLING IN FRANKLIN HEIGHTS
WITH CREEKS OUT OF THEIR BANKS AND FLOODED ROADWAYS. RAINFALL FROM 2 TO
3 INCHES PER HOUR IS POSSIBLE.
