IN SOUTHEAST COLORADO ...KIOWA COUNTY...NORTHWESTERN PROWERS COUNTY PUEBLO DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO IN EXTREME NORTHWEST PROWERS COUNTY MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH. THIS TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM WAS HEADING TOWARDS WILEY. A TORNADO ON THE GROUND WAS REPORTED BY THE PROWERS COUNTY CIVIL DEFENSE.
