SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...WESTERN AND CENTRAL MONROE COUNTY
 
AT 830 PM RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO WESTERN
MONROE COUNTY TOWARD LONG POND. HAIL WAS POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. THE
THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE OVER
INTERSTATE 80 BY 9 PM.
 
HEAVY RAINS WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES VERY QUICKLY.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  THE WATER MAY BE DEEPER
THAN YOU THINK.  IF CAUGHT IN RISING WATERS...ABANDON YOUR CAR
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
