THUNDERSTORM IN NORTHCENTRAL MONMOUTH COUNTY SOUTHWEST OF RED BANK. THE
STORM WAS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. IN ADDITION TO DAMAGING
WIND AND HAIL...TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS MAY ACCOMPANY THIS STORM.
