A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN SOUTHERN SOMERSET COUNTY JUST WEST OF
FRANKLIN PARK.  THIS THUNDERSTORM IS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN AND HAS
SHOWN LITTLE MOVEMENT DURING THE PAST HALF HOUR.
 
HEAVY RAINS WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES VERY QUICKLY.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO
