MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL BE NEAR PARSIPPANY AFTER
1000 PM AND LINCOLN PARK BY 1030 PM. THE THUNDERSTORM IS PRODUCING
VERY HEAVY RAIN AND MAY RESULT IN BRIEF FLOODING OF LOW-LYING
AND FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
