SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH A HISTORY OF PRODUCING WIND
GUSTS OF 50 TO 60 MPH WILL MOVE THROUGH CECIL COUNTY FROM
NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST BY 9 PM THIS EVENING.  NUMEROUS REPORTS
OF DOWNED TREES AND WIRES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED WHEN THIS LINE
WENT THROUGH THE LOWER SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY IN PENNSYLVANIA.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED AREA...PREPARE
FOR STRONG DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN AND DEADLY
LIGHTNING.  SHOULD THE STORM APPROACH YOU...SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER
INDOORS...BUT DO NOT STAND NEAR WINDOWS.  MOBILE HOMES ARE MOST2
