FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 705 PM...RADAR INDICATED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS IN CENTRAL BERKS
COUNTY MOVING NORTHWEST AROUND 10 MPH. THE STORMS WERE PRODUCING
TORRENTIAL RAINS WHICH ARE CAUSING ROAD AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING.
MORE RAIN WAS HEADING INTO BERKS COUNTY FROM THE SOUTHEAST AND
WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FLOODING FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
 
WINDS FROM A THUNDERSTORM CAUSED ROOF DAMAGE TO A HOUSE NORTH OF
READING AS WELL AS DOWNED POWER LINES.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
CLIMBING ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM
BEING SWEPT INTO DANGEROUS STREAM CONDITIONS AS WATER LEVELS RISE.
