FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN REPORTED DURING THE PAST THREE HOURS IN
SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA. NWS DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUES TO SHOW BANDS OF
HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA FROM MARYLAND AND
DELAWARE.
 
AT 7PM THE STAGE OF THE PERKIOMEN CREEK AT GRATERFORD WAS 9.7 FEET AND
RISING.  FLOOD STAGE IS 11 FEET.  A CREST OF BETWEEN 12 AND 13 FEET IS
EXPECTED AT GRATERFORD LATE THIS EVENING.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
CLIMBING ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM
BEING SWEPT INTO DANGEROUS STREAM CONDITIONS AS WATER LEVELS RISE.
