FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...MORRIS COUNTY
 
AT 130 AM...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS
MOVING INTO WESTERN MORRIS COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE
HEAVY DOWNPOURS...ON TOP OF REPORTS OF 3 1/2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN WHICH
HAS ALREADY FALLEN. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY RESULT IN
FURTHER FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS IN THE AREA.
 
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO NDRIVE THROUGH FLOODED AREAS.  THE DEPTH OF THE
WATER MAY BE HIGHER THAN YOU THINK.  RAPIDLY RISING WATERS CAN
QUICKLY ENGULF YOUR VEHICLE AND ITS OCCUPANTS...WASHING THEM AWAY.
REMEMBER...MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.
