EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL IN BERKS COUNTY REPORTED THAT HEAVY RAIN
HAS CAUSED SEVERAL SMALL CREEKS TO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS ALONG STATE
ROUTE 422. URBAN FLOODING WAS ALSO REPORTED WITHIN READING. DOPPLER
RADAR INDICATED THAT THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS MOVED EAST OF BERKS COUNTY
...BUT PRECIPITATION DRAINING INTO STREAMS COULD PRODUCE ADDITIONAL
URBAN FLOODING AND FLOODING OF STREAMS IN THE COUNTY DURING THE NEXT
HOUR OR TWO.

IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
