AT 505 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS IN A SHORT
PERIOD OF TIME. SPOTTERS INDICATE THAT STREET FLOODING IS OCCURRING IN
LODI.
 
THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE IN EXCESS OF 1 INCH OF
RAIN IN ONE HOUR.
