AT 625 PM CST A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR CROSSING INTO SOUTHERN
FRANKLIN COUNTY ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTH OF WINCHESTER. THE STORM WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.
