AT 637 PM...A SHERRIFFS DEPUTY REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD LOCATED NEAR
RAPIDAN OR 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MANKATO. THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE
EAST 10 MPH AND WILL EFFECT THE CITIES OF MANKATO...AND ST. CLAIRE.
