IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...SCOTT COUNTY AT 930 PM...DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE TORNADIC ACTIVITY OVER SCOTT COUNTY JUST SOUTH OF JORDAN OR 30 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MINNEAPOLIS. THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 10 MPH AND WILL EFFECT THE CITIES OF LYDIA...ST. PATRICK...CREDIT RIVER AND PRIOR LAKE. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
