AT 1037 PM...DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED SOUTH
OF BALSAM LAKE OR 40 MILES NORTHEAST OF ST. PAUL. THIS STORM IS MOVING
TO THE EAST AT 10 MPH AND WILL EFFECT THE CITIES OF PERSONS IN THE
CENTRAL AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...
DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.  FOR YOUR PROTECTION
